Sorry you are not happy with your Dilli Dalli product. To start a return, the best way would be to reply to your order confirmation email you received when placing your order. If you cannot find that email click here to fill out the return form to start the process. (Please note: certain Personal Protection items are not eligible for returns due to safety concerns)
To switch out your strap, simply pull the plug out with the help of your nail and it should pop out generally easily. To put in your new strap, just push the plugs into each hole at the end of the temples and you should be good to go.
We do not recommend applying heat to our frames. Heating our frames may compromise the integrity of the glasses. If the frames are pushing on your child’s ears, we suggest revisiting your eyecare professional to ensure the glasses are adjusted properly. Additionally, you could also try out our Dilli Dalli ear locks. They are a substitution for our straps and can be helpful for ensuring a better fit around the ear.
